I am ok with so hotel. But knowing the fact that Booked.net earn 30% extra out from the original booking price makes us very disappointed.

It is a new hotel and so the facilities are new. The price is rather cheap for backpackers. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Choosable pillows. This is the very ingenious. Clean, cheap, comfortable. Within walking distance to many food places - ask the reception. Value much more than cost. View is okay.
Door is not soundproof, acceptable if neighbors are not noisy.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They allow us for early check in, gives us a city map and explain all the delicious and famous food around Georgetown. Tumbs up for their warm service! The room is clean, water dispenser just right next to our door, environment is quiet. Location is good, walking distance to a lot of food stalls.
The toilet water flushing at our above level is a bit annoying. Something wrong with it and it kept making noise when someone flushing the toilet. Other than that, everything is just perfect.

Our room had a huge glass window with an excellent view of the mountains...it was so nice! Plus the hotel is brand new and very clean with air conditioning. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We are staying there again this week for a few days. Excellent choice for a hotel!
The only thing is that it is a bit outside the touristy/market areas...but we got used to the 20 minute or so walk to the market area. It's still worth it.

Staying at here is absolutely value for money, staff is very very friendly (they even recommended us some "must eat/must try" food and place), place is clean, facilities is fully equipped, and location is convenience
Basically everything is great, except for the room we stay contain some smell (it is a dormitory) when we first enter into the room, but still, it is acceptable.
